Expert witness services

Our experts are successfully employed by the legal profession to give independent advice on all aspects of road transport. We produce legal and technical reports; attend court and public inquiries as expert witnesses; prepare applications and representations; and make appeals for MOT testers and goods vehicle operators.

We are qualified motor engineers and are appointed as Authorised Examiners by the Vehicle Inspectorate - a department of the Transport Agency. As well as cars, our expertise covers motorcycles, Large Goods Vehicles and Passenger Service Vehicles.

We are currently in three expert witness directories, including the Law Society’s, which reflects the standard of work that is produced in this office, as all experts have been vetted before entry. We are fully aware of the expert’s requirements within the Civil Procedure Rules, as we are members of the Academy of Experts who keep members informed and promote training on CPR and Single Joint Experts. Indeed we have been instructed as Single Joint Experts on a number of occasions.
